What we are about

Our Origin Story

In the summer of 2019, we started putting together a talented team of experts, built an inspiring place to work and trained a team to the high quality and performance expectations of our first customer - HelloFresh. From there our responsibilities grew to delivering customer service to 5 markets. After ensuring HelloFresh customer service ran successfully, we expanded our teams to include accounting, outbound sales, data processing, compliance checking & reporting amongst various other back office tasks. We now have 100+ FTE and are continually expanding.

HelloConnect was established to ensure HelloFresh had a partner that could provide the highest quality service whilst never compromising performance. We do this by making sure each of our teams are not only equipped with all the knowledge & skills they need to please every customer but by rigorously selecting the best people for a given project. We work tirelessly to make sure your values become our values. We’re extremely proud of being able to deliver HelloFresh’s high-quality customer service and we look forward to helping other businesses with theirs.
