You’ll be working for an exciting London-based start up that offers plant delivery services to city dwellers. The client makeS it simple for people to buy the right plants for them and their space, be it indoors or out. They want to equip them with inspiration and know-how so they can confidently look after their plants whilst providing superb service and convenience.

The client is at the forefront in the resurgent popularity for plants in the public eye and have worked with some of the most exciting brands on the planet. They were recently voted as one of the top 100 start ups in the UK!

Launched in May 2016, they have delivered over 100,000 plants in London alone and have recently started to expand their delivery areas.

About the role

We are looking for someone with great customer communication skills to join our customer operations team. You’ll be the primary advocate for the Patch customer and you’ll not be scared to challenge the norm! This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated, fun and highly motivated team where you could make a difference.


  • Project based employment contract for 3 months
  • Handle customer communication via emails & live chat
  • Answer all queries in a friendly, personal manner whilst remaining professional
  • Live operations communication between the customers and the driver


  • Fluent in English with French language skills a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Helpful & empathetic
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Customer service experience is essential, ideally 1 year minimum
