HelloFresh founds HelloConnect
- HelloConnect is an inhouse BPO of HelloFresh founded in 2019 to address the scalability, cost and quality challenges faced when your business grows.
- Located in Manila, Philippines, we have built a team of customer service, sales and back office experts to ensure satisfied customers.
2021
8 clients & 800 FTE
- After successfully serving HelloFresh, we decided to offer our extensive experience in building high quality CS teams to other high growth e-commerce companies in our sphere.
