At HelloFresh, data drives all of our decision-making, and our Customer Care team is no exception. The Customer Care team uses analytical approaches to its customers. As an Analyst, you’ll be detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical and curious. You’re a great problem-solver, who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done.

What you’ll do:

  • Work directly with the German-headquartered International Customer Care team to collect data and conduct analysis that directly impacts our customer service and outbound sales performance
  • Own and create reports and dashboards using Tableau
  • On a daily basis, you will be extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to enable decision making on the key questions facing the Customer Care team
  • By analyzing data sets you will have the opportunity to help our local markets improve our services
  • Support managers and users acquiring data from various data sources
  • Be responsible for data cleaning and data quality assurance
  • Own ETL processes
  • Support the International Customer Care team on ad-hoc analytical tasks

Who we are looking for?

  • You graduated from a top-tier university with an excellent academic record in business or MINT/STEM and/or previous experiences in business intelligence, data engineering, management consulting, tech-start-ups, or other relevant areas.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in related practical and relevant work experience.
  • You have experience with data-intensive projects using SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • You are professionally fluent in SQL
  • You have professional experience in PowerBI and DAX.
  • You have experience with ETL processes.
  • Experience with automation and python is beneficial.
  • You are passionate about clean data and reporting.
  • You have very strong verbal and written communication (English).
