What you’ll do:
Campaign Deployment Specialist
As Campaign Deployment Specialist you’ll be supporting the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team (sitting in the global headquarters in Berlin, Germany) and be responsible for the deployment of CRM campaigns across countries and brands in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
In this role you’ll be focussing on duplicating and localizing campaign set-ups and be responsible for audience segmentation (using SQL), message creation (email, app, sms, etc.), journey set-up, and all other tasks involved for successful campaign deployment in SFMC. Reviewing and doing quality assurance of campaigns will also be part of the job.

Whoever takes on this role will also have the responsibility of supporting the upkeep and continuous development of our knowledge management software; ensuring best practice is adhered to, new features are communicated to the local markets, and ensuring content is reviewed for accuracy and quality.
Finally, this role will have a supporting hand in Customer Care projects in relation to learning and the agent experience with opportunities to take on individual projects.
